Every piece created under Season Eleven LLC is original artwork. Designs are not mass-produced. Variations and imperfections are intentional and part of the process.
2. Ownership & Use
Purchase grants ownership of the physical item only. Design rights remain with Season Eleven LLC. No reproduction or resale without permission.
3. Custom Work
Custom pieces require a non-refundable deposit. Minor revisions may be allowed. Completed pieces are final sale.
4. Payments
Full payment required before shipping. Deposits secure your place in queue.
5. Shipping & Risk
Once shipped, the carrier is responsible. Report damage within 48 hours with photos.
6. Returns & Refunds
Custom work is non-refundable. Ready-made items may be returned within 7 days if unused.
7. Website Use
Content may not be copied or misused.
8. Limitation of Liability
Season Eleven LLC is not responsible for misuse or indirect damages.
